Last Updated: June 2026 Suryadent® is a registered brand operated by NB Dental. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and efficiently across India. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, dispatch, delivery, tracking, and shipping practices. 1. Order Processing Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing the order. Orders are generally processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside working hours may be processed on the next business day. 2. Dispatch Timeline Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day after successful order confirmation and payment verification. In certain situations, dispatch may take longer due to: Product availability issues High order volume Operational delays Regulatory or compliance verification Events beyond our control Customers will be informed if any significant delay occurs. 3. Delivery Timeline After dispatch, most orders are delivered within approximately 2–7 business days across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on: Delivery location Courier service availability Weather conditions Public holidays Local restrictions Logistics network conditions Remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time. 4. Shipping Charges Standard Shipping Shipping charges may apply depending on: Order value Product weight Delivery location Free Shipping Free standard shipping is currently available on eligible orders above ₹2000. Suryadent® reserves the right to modify free shipping eligibility criteria at any time. 5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Cash on Delivery (COD) service may be available for eligible locations. A COD handling charge of ₹35 may be applied to COD orders. Availability of COD depends on serviceability and courier partner coverage. 6. Shipment Tracking Once your order is dispatched, shipment tracking details will be provided through available communication channels, which may include: Email SMS WhatsApp Customer Account Dashboard Customers can track shipment progress using: Tracking Number (AWB) Tracking Link My Account → Orders section Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch. 7. Order Status Workflow For transparency, Suryadent® uses the following order workflow: Processing The order has been: Received Verified Packed Dispatched In Transit Customers may receive shipment tracking details during this stage. Completed The order has been successfully delivered to the customer. The delivery date recorded under the Completed status may be used for applicable return and replacement eligibility calculations. 8. Incorrect Address Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If incorrect or incomplete shipping details result in: Delivery failure Return to origin Additional shipping charges the customer may be responsible for any resulting costs. 9. Delayed Shipments While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including: Weather conditions Natural disasters Government restrictions Transportation disruptions Courier network issues Strikes or operational interruptions Suryadent® shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events. 10. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments If you believe your shipment has been: Lost Damaged during transit Delivered with missing items please contact us immediately. Customers should report such issues as soon as possible after delivery through our support channels or Resolution Center where applicable. 11. Delivery Acceptance Risk of loss and ownership of products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery of the order at the provided shipping address.
