Cancellation Policy

Suryadent® is a registered brand operated by NB Dental.
We understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how cancellations may be requested.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched.

Cancellation requests may be submitted by:

• Logging into your Suryadent® account and using available cancellation options (where applicable), or
• Contacting our support team directly.

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the order will be cancelled and the applicable refund will be initiated.

2. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, customers may need to follow the applicable Return & Replacement Policy after delivery.

Dispatch status may be verified using shipment tracking information provided by Suryadent®.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For approved cancellations before dispatch:

• Refunds are generally initiated within 24–48 business hours after cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Actual credit timelines depend on:

• Banks
• Payment gateways
• Card issuers
• Financial institutions

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled before dispatch in accordance with this policy.

Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility.

5. Refusal of Cancellation Requests

Suryadent® reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests in situations including but not limited to:

• Orders already dispatched
• Suspected fraud or misuse
• Violation of website policies
• Incorrect or incomplete cancellation requests

6. Changes to this Policy

Suryadent® reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
