The Suryadent® Bone Preservation Elevator is a precision luxation instrument designed for atraumatic tooth and root elevation while preserving the surrounding alveolar bone. Its thin working blade is engineered to glide smoothly into the periodontal ligament space, allowing controlled rotational movement to gradually expand the socket and facilitate tooth luxation with minimal trauma.

The serrated blade design offers enhanced grip on fractured root fragments compared to conventional plain blades, providing improved control during challenging extractions where additional purchase on retained root pieces is required.
